Innovation breakfast, London, Feb 25th
In this talk, our speaker is Erica Wolfe-Murray a renowned IP entrepreneur and a leading expert on how to develop, manage and exploit intellectual property assets, will take a look at how agencies can build innovation and IP into the very fabric of their companies in order to create new revenue streams and develop a truly unique market position. Her talk will give you a whistle-stop tour of some of the tools that can be used to dig out hidden assets within your business.
Through her company, Lola Media she works with creative, media and tech businesses to identify and develop untapped intellectual property into marketable IP assets with the key aim of devising new products, services, audiences, partnerships and business models to increase revenues.
About our speaker
Erica founded Lola Media three years ago to help companies innovate, often using their intellectual assets. Focusing primarily on the creative, media and tech sectors, she works with organisations across the spectrum from GBH Design to UK Parliament, from Harvey Nicks to the Intellectual Property Office, from start-ups to Hackney Empire, the LCC and Shoreditch House.
Her prime task is helping companies discover what their assets are, how to innovate, develop and secure new assets/IP through different ways of thinking, leading to new revenues, new audiences or ways of working. She is an innovation coach and also runs training programmes for Creative England, the British Council, Skillset and the University of Wales.

The Art of New Business
The Art of New Business is a collaborative network of like-minded individuals set up by Karla Morales-Lee and Sarah Bradley. Our focus is on finding new ways of winning business, and giving support and advice to each other. We run events in London and Manchester for new business executives, managers and directors working in the creative sector. For each event we select speakers who can inspire our network to think differently about what they do and how to do it. We want to lead the search for ‘a better way’. That means better people, better processes, better tools and better results. Bringing in new business for your agency can often be a lonely, high pressured job, so this network has been set up to support and inspire those of you facing daily pressure to bring in new business, often in silo from the rest of their organisation.
