The Future of Business & Marketing
Fri 7 April 2017, 09:00 – 12:00 BST
The future of business and marketing is quickly becoming the future of “business is marketing”. With advances in technology customers are now empowered to create their own products or services and then ask companies to give them what they want. In order to win customers and fulfill their needs, you have to be engaged with them.
Today it’s not about "getting you on the first page of Google search results." It is about uncovering insights for what your customers want, how to get their attention and then delivering your offer at the right place and time.
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat aren't just the ways that young people communicate. They are platforms that have valuable marketing and commerce potential for any business wanting to engage with anyone ages 16 to 76. These platforms will continue to grow and become an essential part of everyone's daily lives from now until 2020 and beyond.
