John has 20 years experience in creating new things and connecting them with customers. Most recently he has worked with product and service companies on increasing business growth through innovation. Over the past year John has personally interviewed executives and managers at Google, Philips, Dell, Black & Decker, British Gas, Mars, Diageo, ARM and several startup companies to gain insights into their top innovation processes. He has fused all of his knowledge and marketing experience to offer powerful tools that allow you to more successfully connect with your customers. John possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a Master's in Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin.
