Ymunwch â’r Rhaglen Rhwydwaith Gwybodaeth Labordy Cymru (LINC) i drafod sut yr ydym yn hybu’r gwaith o foderneiddio’r gwasanaeth Patholeg yng Nghymru.

Hoffai’r Rhaglen LINC eich gwahodd i’w chynhadledd yn yr hydref, sef Dyfodol Patholeg: Cyfraniad LINC, a gynhelir yng Ngwesty’r Novotel Canol Caerdydd ar 7 Hydref. Caiff y gynhadledd ei chadeirio gan Adrian Thomas, Cyfarwyddwr Therapïau a Gwyddorau Iechyd ym Mwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Betsi Cadwaladr ac Uwch-berchennog Cyfrifol LINC.

Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at groesawu Dr Martin Myers, MBE o’r rhaglen ‘Getting It Right First Time’ yn brif siaradwr. Bydd yn sôn am ei brofiadau’n ailddylunio gwasanaethau patholeg, gan wella effeithiolrwydd clinigol a gweithredol gwasanaethau patholeg a gwella cynhyrchiant ar yr un pryd.

Byddwn hefyd yn cael cwmni arweinwyr clinigol ac arweinwyr safoni o’r gwasanaeth Patholeg, ac yna’n mynd ati i weithio gyda’n gilydd i drafod dull LINC o safoni (dan arweiniad Andar Gunneberg) a Chanlyniadau Arolygon Safoni: Paratoi ar gyfer Newid (dan arweiniad Louise Gregory, Uwch-reolwr Prosiectau LINC).

The LINC Programme would like to invite you to their Autumn Conference The Future of Pathology: The LINC Contribution at the Novotel Hotel - Cardiff Centre on the 7th October. The Conference will be chaired by Adrian Thomas, Director of Therapies and Health Sciences at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and LINC Senior Responsible Owner.

We are excited to host Dr. Martin Myers, MBE from Getting It Right First Time as Keynote Speaker who will be talking about his experiences of pathology redesign, improving the clinical and operational effectiveness of pathology delivery while improving productivity.

We will also be joined by clinical and standardisation leads from the Pathology service before working together to discuss the LINC Approach to Standardisation, led by Andar Gunneberg, and Standardisation Survey Results: Preparing for Change, led by LINC Senior Project Manager Louise Gregory.

Please note, parking onsite is available for £4 however, spaces are limited. Please pay for parking at reception upon arrival stating that you are attending the LINC Conference.

The Novotel Cardiff Centre is within walking distance of both Cardiff Central and Queen Street Train Stations.
