The Future of HR - The Profession, Recruitment, Inclusion and Technology.

About this Event

NEW DATE - Please be aware this event has been rescheduled and will now take place on 23rd October

With talented people increasingly becoming masters of managing their own careers and development, HR has an incrementally challenging set of tasks to engage and secure that talent and sustain organisational success.

So what will some of these tasks look like in years to come?

It’s difficult to know but there are themes and narratives along a number of these areas that give us a great idea of what we perhaps should be thinking about now as HR practitioners to re-align people strategy and master HR operations

So what better way to hear about these themes and narratives and sense check your own thinking by engaging with some expert speakers in their field

South Wales HR Forum of delighted to announce that on 23rd October 2019 at Cardiff Blues Rugby Club we will be hosting several speakers presenting on a range of different HR related areas.

Our speakers are Rachel Thomas, from the Office of National Statistics, Julian John, Managing Director of Delsion, Claire Vaughan from the Wales Ambulance Service Trust and Mark Hendy, from Doncasters (and Chair of the South Wales HR Forum). Rachel, Julian and Mark will be discussing the future of recruitment, the future of inclusion, the future of OD & Design and the future of the profession respectively.
