Join us as we unveil the findings of landmark project Serving the Future, which brought together employers, employees, and industry leaders from across Scotland's hospitality and tourism industry. This isn’t just about celebrating what we’ve achieved - it’s about asking what’s next. Together, we’ll explore how we can build a more resilient, innovative, and people-focused industry that works better for everyone.
This event will include presentations from the Serving the Future team on our findings and industry toolkit, presentations from external speakers, a panel discussion with key stakeholders, and a roundtable discussion for attendees to reflect on the opportunties and challenges facing the hospitality and tourism industry. Topics will include Fair Work, the Employment Rights Bill and more.
