Session Synopsis:

The event will kick off with a brief introduction followed by a session on Mindfullness helping delegates get in the frame of mind for the afternoon. Healthy people help to maintain a healthy business and supporting your people in mental and physical health beyond the pre-packaged healthcare benefits is becoming a business imperative. One size does not fit all, not everyone likes to pound it out in the gym, not everyone gets yoga.

During this event we will explore the barriers employees face in taking more care of their mental and physical health and what opportunities are out there and being adopted to provide employees with greater empowerment, engagement and choices to take care of themselves and be supported to bring the best ‘self’ to the workplace.

Some people are fighting a battle we know nothing about, so we will also be hearing from Mind the mental health charity about mental health in the workplace and creating a culture where people feel open to talk about Mental health.

Speakers:

Simon Hawtrey-Woore - Director at fibodo

Adam Strong – CEO Elite Corporate Fitness
