A CIPD networking event, exclusive to Chartered Fellows......
Join us at London's City Hall for a stimulating evening of strategic debate and exploration around the future of work, and senior networking, as two of the most prominent thinkers in this field bring their thoughts and reflections to life.
Leading the discussions are:
The world of work has changed beyond measure in the 100 years since the CIPD was formed and the pace of change today is unprecedented. The changing nature of work, services, technology, education and what this evolution means for the structure and nature of employment will have significant impact on every organisation and leader. If HR doesn’t provide the answers, they will be found elsewhere.
These are big challenges. If we get them right, we can deliver better work and working lives within stronger, more sustainable organisations. But to do that, as a profession, we have to be better at ‘seeing round corners’, and we have to be better at understanding the questions to be best placed to help with the answers.
