The Open University Law School and the Legal Education Research Network are holding their annual Futures of Legal Education and Practice conference on Tuesday 26 November from 10.00 – 16.30 at The Open University’s Milton Keynes campus.

This conference will give participants the opportunity to explore the current and potential opportunities and challenges both facing legal education and legal practice. The conference’s keynote speakers include Professor Amanda Perry-Kessaris of the University of Kent, Emily Allbon of City University, London, Professor Anthony Bradney of Keele University and Manel Atserias Luque, Founder and President of the Mental Health Institute of Legal Professions, Spain and Caroline Strevens of Portsmouth University.

There will also be a panel on “100 years of women in the legal profession” chaired by Professor Cownie of Keele University and a number of streams covering a diverse and exciting range of topics and formats.
