About Shaykh Idris Watts

Idris Watts is an Islamic teacher and registered counsellor (BACP) based in the UK, known for integrating Islamic teachings with psychotherapy practices. He specialises in Somatic Experiencing, a therapeutic approach that addresses trauma by focusing on bodily sensations.

He is the founder of Quranic Circle, an initiative aimed at deepening understanding of the Quran through its linguistic and spiritual dimensions.
