Event description
A fascinating weekend of talks and private tours in the Yorkshire Dales, organised with Val Hepworth and Yorkshire County Gardens Trust.

About this Event

We are off to the Yorkshire Dales for our conference this year, organised in partnership with Val Hepworth and the Yorkshire County Gardens Trust. The weekend will be centred on Wensleydale and the picturesque Georgian town of Richmond. All our visits are to privately-owned and run historic estates. A brief version of the conference programme is given below. The full programme, with location map and requests for additional information, such as dietary requirements and CGT affiliations, will be sent to delegates nearer the time.

We will be based at the Holiday Inn just off the A1 (M)/A66 at Scotch Corner with excellent rooms and conference facilities and on-site parking. Some slightly cheaper single rooms are available at the nearby Travelodge. Darlington station is 20 minutes away by frequent local express bus or taxi to the hotels.

For ticket types and prices click on details above. Prices are for GT and CGT members; non-members should select the non-member supplement, which includes one year's membership of the Gardens Trust.

Please remember to select your Friday afternoon tour option. To do this, scroll on down below ticket options and select box A or B
