This monthly women’s circle is a space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and realign with the rhythms of nature, all while being supported by a like-minded sisterhood.

What to Expect:
📖 Journaling & Meditation – Thoughtfully guided prompts to help you slow down, tune in, and gain inner clarity.
🔮 Sharing Circle – In this safe and supportive space, you’ll have the opportunity to share your thoughts, experiences, or intentions, or simply listen as others share. This circle is a place where you can be seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
🌿 Grounding & Embodiment – Gentle embodied movement to settle your energy and bring you into the present moment. Releasing tension and stress.

This is your time to drop the to-do lists, and give yourself the gift of self-care and connection, both with yourself and other women. Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional release, or simply a moment to breathe, this circle is here to hold you.

  • Comfortable clothing for gentle movement
  • A cosy blanket or cushion for relaxation
  • Your favourite non-alcoholic drink (optional)
