In this heart-centered session, we’ll explore:
Gentle Breathwork – Shared breathing practices that invite calm, regulation, and presence. Simple, soothing techniques designed to be accessible and enjoyable for children while deepening the parent-child bond through mindful co-regulation.
Sound Bath – Immersive soundscapes using singing bowls, chimes, and soft rhythms to help both adults and children unwind and attune to each other. A restful, sensory-rich experience to relax the nervous system and promote emotional harmony.
Ending with joyful movement that encourages creativity and togetherness to celebrate your shared energy.
This session is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect, and experience wellness with your child — not as separate individuals, but as a shared field of love, rhythm, and presence. Each practice is thoughtfully guided to support emotional safety, co-regulation, and joyful bonding.
Whether lying side by side in stillness or moving freely to the beat, this is your time to connect — heart to heart, breath to breath.
Each ticket is for one parent and one child aged 7+
Both you and your child will need to bring along a yoga mat, water and some pillows and blankets to create a cosy nest.
