This webinar is an opportunity to learn more about the free getUBetter app that is now being offered to people in Leeds who are living with MSK pain. The app is designed to support people in self-managing their symptoms and supporting those currently on waiting lists.
The webinar will be online, via Teams. The event joining link will be sent to attendees before the event.
The webinar will cover:

- More information about the features and benefits of the app
- How you can support people to download and use the app
- Information about what digital inclusion support is available across the city to signpost people to

Speakers will include:
Leeds GP Confederation
Lucia Dey, Head of Growth and Transformation. The Leeds GP Confederation is a not-for-profit, member-led organisation that unites 87 GP practices throughout Leeds. It's driven to improve general practice and people’s health and wellbeing, with a focus on supporting GP practices to effectively provide care for their communities. Lucia has worked at the GP Confederation for 6 years and focuses on the enabler work streams, estates, digital and training. As well as supporting the growth and transformation strategy for the Leeds GP Confederation, Lucia works with the General Practice teams in Leeds to also support them in these areas.
100% Digital Leeds
Rachel Benn, Senior Digital Inclusion Officer. The 100% Digital Leeds programme is led by the Digital Inclusion team in the Integrated Digital Service (IDS) at Leeds City Council and Leeds Health and Care Partnership NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. The team works with partners across the city in many different settings – third sector, public sector, health and care – to strengthen digital inclusion infrastructure in communities to increase access, engagement and participation. Rachel has worked in the 100% Digital Leeds team for 6 years and focuses on work across digital inclusion and health.

The app provides daily personalised and targeted self-management for all common MSK injuries and conditions. It’s available in 14 languages and Touch-to-Speak.You don't have to be referred by a health care professional, anyone registered with a GP Practice in Leeds can search for the app in the app store and download it. There will also be QR codes on leaflets and posters in several community and health settings around the city that people can use to download the app. These can be sent to your organisation if you would like to support with raising awareness.The app rollout in Leeds is part of a variety of services across West Yorkshire Healthy Working Life Programme which is supporting people across West Yorkshire to stay in work / volunteering or return to work / volunteering after experiencing something that has affected their work.
