The Gift of Me: Learn to fall back in love with yourself and unleash your inner potential

  • Are you feeing a little 'grey'?

  • Do you feel like some of the colour and vim are being sucked out of your life as you try to keep up with the constant demands of every day life?

  • Is your health being neglected because you just don't have time to prepare 'proper' food or go to the gym?

  • Do you find yourself regularly making vows to yourself that it is time to make a change but no matter how enthusiastically you set your resolutions they never seem to 'stick'?

  • Are you frustrated that you always seem to be saying to yourself “This time next year my life will be so different….” And yet one year on nothing seems to have changed?

  • If you could wave a magic wand over your life - what would you want it to look like?

Well, there's good news and bad news. The bad news is that to successfully make the changes in your life you want - it begins and ends with you. You need to take control, own it and make it happen. The good news is that although there is no 'magic wand' there are a lot of people who are passionate about helping you to re-discover the sheer joy of being you. Because you are pretty amazing.

Join our 5 Keynote speakers on this workshop that is guaranteed to re-light your inner fire and have you realising your inner potential so that that 2018 will be your best year ever!

Kia Bing-Davies, Jo Haley, Charmaine Fyffe, Jill Willis and Melanie Perry will take you on a journey of self- realisation of mind and body and give you a toolkit for positive, lasting change.

There will also be some fantastic offers available from our Keynote Speakers, and some great prizes to be won that will greatly assist you on your journey to a more confident, fulfilled you.

KIA BING-DAVIES – BODY WHISPERS

In today's fast-paced world where many of us struggle to switch off, you may not realise that it is your body, not your mind, that holds the secrets to help you achieve your goals. In this session, Kia will introduce you to a 4-part method to quieten your mind so that you are more able to hear the messages from your body and soul.

JO HALEY – YOU ARE UNIQUE

What do you look at when you look in the mirror? I bet you dont look at your eyes and think how sparkly they are. I bet you dont look at your smile and see how big it is? I bet you dont look at your body and embrace every part of it.

Why not? You are you and you are unique. There is only one of you. There is only one life. Why waste time worrying about things that you cant change. We need to love ourselves the way we are and as an Image Consultant, my passion is showing you how to love your body. How to dress it so that you can feel extra confident when walking into that room, feel fantastic knowing you look a million dollars and most of all feel empowered.

Do you remember when you were younger your favourite colours that you used to wear? Remember how they made you feel? do you still wear those colours? What was the style and shape of your wedding dress? Do you wear anything that resembles that style now? Why not, as you were the Princess on that day. In my talk, I will be showing and telling you how to embrace your body. How to love it. To look in the mirror and feel your best self at all times. It is a learning curve and works if you are willing to have an open mind, be willing to embrace certain changes and want to learn how to dress, for it is all about creating an optical illusion.

CHARMAINE FYFFE - CLEAN BODY, CLEAR MIND

Vegan Chef Charmaine Khapara will take your tastebuds on a journey and you will discover just how quick, easy and fun healthy eating can be. In this workshop she aims to:

  • Inspire - Helping you to realise your worth and make 2018 your year of looking after your health
  • Educate – Giving you a roadmap to a healthier lifestyle
  • Empower - regardless of your current situation… you too can have a healthier, stronger body & mind.

JILL WILLIS – MOVEMENT – THE PATH TO OPTIMAL HEALTH

Primal pattern movements are the seven key movements necessary for survival, developed by our ancestors, and still hold true today. If you could not perform these moves quickly and effectively without thinking, then you would not survive. Although today we do not live in the wild, and our lifestyles are very different, these seven key movement patterns are still key to performing everyday tasks, moving feely without pain and staying injury free.

MELANIE PERRY – BALANCING ACT

The world we live in is very ‘noisy’. Everything is ‘in your face’ especially on social media. We are sub-consciously conditioned to push ourselves to the limit in practically every aspect of our lives to show how up-to-the-minute and great we are. I will share with you the importance of balance, both in your physical wellbeing and give you a system for creating more balance in your life.
