The Gifts of Halloween - Cacao Ceremony, Dance & Sound Journey

On 'El Dia Del Muertos' it is a special day to gather together in conscious communion, in sacred space with ceremonial cacao (the rich medicine of these times for the reclamation of our humanity).

We will sit with presence and intention, and then dance together with a medicine song and an ecstatic dance body-prayer journey to honour this special time of year where the veils are thinnest between life and death. Through sound, movement and the power of our presence, we will honour the ancestors — those who walked before us, whose stories, gifts and wisdom live within us, those we miss and those we have never met in this life.

What to expect:

• Opening cacao ceremony
• Guided intention setting and medicine song
• Ecstatic dance journey with music and guidance from Maria
• Sound journey with Alexander and closing integration circle

No previous experience needed — just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, water, and an openness to remember and reconnect.
