To top that it is followed by a homemade scrummy cream tea hosted directly by Liz from High Lane Farm nd is part of this event - Words cannot describe how YUMMY it is. Once you have booked your gong bath here, we will pass your order to Liz and you can pay for the cream tea on the day - £7.50 cash to the High Lane Farm Folk who are offering this part of the event. This event is NOT available without payment of the cream tea which will be from 3pm-4pm.This event is a combination of good ols traditional concepts being brought together to bring you healing and time out from the madness of the hectic world. Sound can help you relax and get to a peaceful space - it has been found to reduce pain and inflammation, sleep and also support the immune system - these are just a few of its benefits.We dont give refunds as spaces are limited - but you can give your ticket to a friend. GROUP GONG BATH INSTRUCTIONS<ul><li>For gong bath events you need to provide your own yoga mat (or comfortable mat of a similar size), pillow, soft, light blanket, eye mask (optional) and a bottle of water. It is advisable to bring a towel to roll up and place under your knees in order to support your back.</li><li>You need to arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the specified start time. There will be no late entry once the session has started.</li><li>Mobile phones and any other electronic devices must be switched off during the event.</li><li>Bring only the minimum of personal items into the venue.</li><li>If you find it difficult to lay on the floor a chair can be provided if you give advance notice.</li><li>Avoid the use of strong perfume, deodorant or aftershave for the comfort of others.</li><li>If you tend to fall asleep, use an extra pillow to raise your head or lay on your side to decrease the possibility of snoring and distracting others.</li></ul> Gong ContraindicationsPlease let me know in advance if you<ul><li>are pregnant - please do not attend when you are in the first trimester and seek medical advice after this re attending</li><li>have a metal implant (contraceptive coils are fine)</li><li>have a pacemaker</li><li>suffer from a sound sensitive condition/tinnitis</li><li>have epilepsy</li><li>If you have been diagnosed with a mental health condition</li><li>have any query regarding the suitability of a gong bath for you</li></ul> I ask all those with medical conditions to seek advice from their medical advisors on whether a gong bath is suitable for them and if you attend you do so at your own risk and we will not be held responsible or any adverse affects.
