Are you recovering from being a “good girl”?

What's this all about?

I’m gently inviting a small group of women and non-binary folks to join me for the September session of something close to my heart — The Good Girl Recovery Circle.

It’s a creative, therapeutic space for those of us who were taught to be pleasing, perfect, helpful and kind — no matter the cost.

A space to explore who we were told to be… and who we might become, if we stopped making ourselves smaller and quieter.

This month’s theme is: Who is the Good Girl?

We’ll begin at the beginning — gently exploring where the “good girl” story began for each of us, and how it’s shaped our lives.

This session includes:

✨ A creative reflection activity (no art skills needed!)

✨ Honest, optional sharing in a safe space

✨ Time to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself
