The Good Work Plan – Effects On Your Business

During this session we will look at the Government’s Good Work Plan, and how this may affect your business. In particular, the Plan proposes increased rights in relation to:

• Casual Workers and Continuity of Employment
• Zero Hour Contracts and Fixed Working Patterns

We’ll also consider the Plan’s proposal of streamlining Employment Status tests, to make things easier for employers in classifying individuals as employees, workers of self-employed.
