Cellar Door Film Society welcomes you to the double award winning Beach at Brent Cross for a series of open air film screenings under the stars and on the beach.

In order to save their home from foreclosure, a group of misfits set out to find a pirate's ancient treasure.

We are located at The Beach Brent Cross, Brent Cross shopping centre, Hendon, London NW4 3FP

What time do you open?

Cellar Door Film Society screen movies every Friday and Saturday at The Beach Brent Cross commencing Friday 30th June to Friday 8th September:

Friday: Box office opens 20:00

Saturday: Box office opens 20:00

From the box office, once you show your ticket confirmation, we will then provide you with our super comfy wireless headphones before choosing your seat.

 

FAQ:

GENERAL 

  • Each film has an age certification so please bear this in mind when purchasing your ticket.

TICKETS

•          All tickets are £14.99 + booking fee

Can I buy tickets on the door?

  • If a film still has availability then tickets will be available for purchase from the box office at the venue, we recommend you arrive at least one hour in advance to arrange this. Tickets are subject to availability on the day. Check the CELLAR DOOR FILM SOCIETY Twitter or website for more information on the day.

Are there concessions for disabled visitors and their carers?

  • Carers are eligible for a free ticket for cinema screenings but this must be pre-arranged. Please contact carers@cellardoorfilmsociety.com and provide us with more details and we will make the appropriate arrangements.

What happens when I buy tickets online?

  • When you purchase your ticket from www.eventbrite.co.uk you will be issued with an e-ticket, which will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. There will be no paper tickets sent out, so please make sure you save the email containing your e-¬ticket.

What if I can’t print my e‐ticket?

  • If you are unable to print your e-ticket you will be able to gain entry through showing your confirmation email on your mobile phone.

What happens if I didn’t receive my ticket confirmation email?

  • If you did not receive your ticket confirmation email, please contact evenbrite to explain your issue or click on ‘Contact the organiser’ on our event page on eventbrite and we will look into your issue for you.

What is your refund/ticket exchange policy?

  • ALL sales are FINAL and Refunds are NOT available once a ticket purchase has been made. You can, however, reallocate your tickets to someone else if you can no longer attend a screening you have bought tickets for.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

  • Yes, we welcome picnics or food purchased from the shopping centre. However, please be advised that we can not permit any glassware, knifes or alcohol. Entry is subject to a search.

Is seating provided?

  • We provide you with nice comfortable deck chairs so there is no need to bring your own. Seating is not numbered, it works on a first come, first served basis.

Is parking available?

  • Free car parking is provided at Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

Do you accept card payment at the box office?

  • We accept all debit/credit cards aside from American Express.

What time do the movie’s start?

  • The movie screenings commence promptly at sunset. Please refer to your ticket confirmation for the approximate start time of each movie.

Is seating provided?

  • We provide you with nice comfortable deck chairs so there is no need to bring your own. Seating is not numbered, it works on a first come, first served basis.

What happens if it rains?

  • This is an all weather event and in the event of rain ponchos will be available for you.
  • Remember to bring warm clothing and a blanket if you wish, as it may get cold towards the end of the screening. Please check the forecast in advance and come dressed appropriately.
  • If the weather is deemed to be extreme / unsafe then we reserve the right to cancel a screening. Anyone who has purchased a ticket will receive an email by 5pm on the day of the screening in the unlikely event of a movie being cancelled. Where Cellar Door Film Society cancel a screening due to unsafe weather conditions, if the movie cannot be rescheduled then a full refunded will be provided.

Are there toilets onsite?

  • Yes there are toilets on site.

Are pets allowed?

  • Unfortunately not. Only guide dogs are permitted.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

  • No alcohol is permitted to be brought on site. There is a bar at The Beach Brent Cross where you may purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Ticketing for cinema screening: Please book early to avoid disappointment. Seats are not numbered, it works on a first come first served basis.
  • Cinema ticket price: £14.99 + booking fee.
  • NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES. All sales are FINAL, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. We do not provide refunds for inadvertently booking the wrong session.
  • If a film is cancelled or terminated due to extreme weather conditions, such as dangerously high winds, patrons will be able to reschedule to another date for their event.
  • Cancellation of a film screening is at our discretion.
  • If a screening is cancelled or terminated due to decision by Cellar Door Film Society, all patrons will receive a refund to the debit / credit card that the ticket was purchased with.
  • If a screening is cancelled or terminated due to a technical fault on site, all patrons will receive a refund to the debit / credit card that the ticket was purchased with.
  • Cellar Door Film Society reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute film titles and to vary advertised prices or audience capacity without notice.
