Event description

I'm Graham Allcott, the author of the best-selling book "How to be a Productivity Ninja", founder of Think Productive and host of the podcast Beyond Busy. For the last 10 years or so I've been working with some of the brightest and best companies in the world, helping people make space for what matters.

In this one day masterclass, we'll cover, amongst other things:

- The CORD Productivity Model from my book (including how to perfect the four key habits of capture, organise, review and do)

- How to stop messing about on your phone and reclaim your attention, using my 3 C's model

- How to reduce email overload, procrastination and stress.

The aim of the day is to give you all the tools you need to develop a sustainable, practical, systematic way to approach your work. We'll work with your real to-do list and workload on the day, and you'll leave with everything you need to keep it all going.

There'll be some live app demos and I'll show you how I personally do things: how I organise things in my 'second brain' and stay on track with a weekly checklist, the apps I use on my phone and more.

You'll get a free copy of my book, "How to be a Productivity Ninja" (if you already have one, let me know and I'll bring you one of my other books instead).

It will be a small group session (max group size is 20) so there will be plenty of time for questions and helping each other make changes on the day, before we even leave the room.

Our venue is the Business Design Centre in Angel, Islington. Coffee, tea and fruit are free all day. The Business Design Centre has a restaurant where you can buy lunch, but we're also in the middle of Upper St, so there's every conceivable dietary option within walking distance too.

If you've read the book already or have been on one of Think Productive's workshops before, this is the perfect way to get a refresher and get cracking. If you're coming at this totally new, don't worry, we'll get you to Productivity Ninja status pretty quickly!

What to bring:

- laptop

- paper diary/notebook if you keep actions/notes in one

- packed lunch or some cash for lunch.

What's included:

- a copy of "How to be a Productivity Ninja"

- workbook

- pen and paper to work with during the day
