Join us on Saturday, 10th December 2016 at the Grange Fitzrovia Hotel located just north of chic Regent’s Street and a brief walk from London's Regent’s Park.
The evening will include a red carpet, champagne reception, photo booth, a sumptuous three-course sit down dinner* with wine, entertainment, DJ, competitions and a cash bar.

This special night is bound to sell out with limited tickets at £40.00 (+ booking fee). We have tables available for 10 guests for £400 (+ booking fee).
You will be allocated a seat at a table. If you'd like to be seated with family and friends please purchase the table of 10.

When is The Grand Winter Ball 2016?

How much does The Grand Winter Ball tickets cost and what is included with the ticket price?
Tickets are £40 and include: glass of bubbly on arrival, photography, three-course sit down dinner with wine, entertainment, DJ, competitions, and a cash bar will be available.
Will tickets to The Grand Winter Ball sell out? Will The Grand Winter Ball tickets be sold at the door?
Tickets are limited so make sure to get one before they get away! Ticket sales will occur from 01/10/2016 – 26/11/2016 (or until we sell out) and tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door.
I would like to stay in the hotel overnight after the ball, how much does that cost?
Sure, The Grand Winter Ball ticket and superior room accommodation including breakfast in the hotel from: £125 per person (based on two sharing)
Are tickets transferable?
Yes, tickets are transferable before 26/11/2016, with the new name and contact details.
Are tickets refundable?
No, tickets are non-refundable.
Can I purchase a ticket without the dinner?
Unfortunately no, tickets cannot be bought separately from dinner, they’re only available as one component.
I’ll be coming later on in the night, will dinner be served?
Unfortunately no, dinner service is a sit down meal not a buffet. The first course will be served at 7:00pm and ends at 8:30pm.
Can I come for only the entertainment portion of the event?
Yes, tickets are £40
Can I choose where and which table I can sit on?
No, however you can book a table of 10 or you can request to be seated with family and friends by informing us before 26/11/2016
How will I get to The Grand Winter Ball ?
The Grange Fitzrovia Hotel is located just north of chic Regent’s Street – near Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street underground stations, and a brief walk from Regent’s Park.
There is on-street parking available outside the hotel free after 6:30pm. The nearest car park is the National Car Park located at the Holiday Inn on Carburton Street. Nearest underground stations are Oxford Circus (Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines) and Great Portland Street (Hammersmith and City, Circle and Metropolitan lines).
What should I wear to The Grand Winter Ball ?
Attire is strictly black-tie. A suit and tie is also appropriate. For ladies: traditional wear or formal gown, cocktail dress below the knee.
How can I make changes to my ticket?
Changes to your online ticket can be made by simply logging into your Eventbrite. You can update the information on your ticket or email firstname.lastname@example.org before 26/11/2016.
Will there be a choice of food during the The Grand Winter Ball Dinner?
No, there will be one set 3-course menu provided. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements before 26/11/2016 so we can inform the chef.
Will there be anywhere to leave my coat?
Yes, we will have a cloakroom available where you will be able to leave any coats for the duration of the The Grand Winter Ball
Will there be filming and photography during the event?
Yes, there will be filming and photography taking place during the The Grand Winter Ball. By attending the event you consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional materials.
