Every Saturday at Boisdale’s Great Big Scottish Brunch, tradition meets playful invention with a three-course feast in true Boisdale style. Tuck into the Great Scottish breakfast, Eggs Macdonald with whisky hollandaise, tattie scones with crushed avocado, a Cranachan Trifle that comes with a flourish and the famous Deep Fried Mars Bar.
Raise a glass of the signature Irn Bru Spritz, a Scottish spin on an Italian classic, while live music from a rotating line-up of artists fills the room.
Three courses are £39.50, with the option to add free-flowing red, white or sparkling wine for £25 per person, available by the whole table. A new weekend ritual, rich in flavour, music and a distinctly Scottish soul.
