How many tickets may I buy?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to purchase as many tickets to as many sessions as you like but you need a separate ticket for each tasting session and also for masterclasses.

Question 2

What is a tasting session?

Each event is split into sessions to ensure that you can get to all those wines! The sessions are three hours long and your ticket will give you access to one session – check the timings and we’ll see you there!  A separate ticket is needed for each session.

Question 3

Are all tasting samples included in the ticket price?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Once you arrive at the tasting you can taste as many wines as you wish.  However, we urge all visitors to taste responsibly and use the spittoons provided.

Question 4

Can I buy tickets for other people?

Accepted Answer

Share the love by adding extra tickets to your order and give them to the lucky recipients. We will have a list of all the purchasers at the reception desk so do not worry if it is not the ticket purchaser attending the event – just give them the ticket and they will be welcomed.

Question 5

Is there disabled access at Paintworks?

Accepted Answer

There is 1 designated parking bay within the car park. The nearest designated bay is 9m (9yd 2ft) from the main entrance. The route from the car park to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance.  At the venue a portable disabled access ramp is available.

Question 6

Is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

Oz, Tim and Olly favour Gresham Blake outlandish shirts but you are free to wear what you wish. Fancy dress is a no no though!

Question 7

How do I ensure I taste responsibly?

Accepted Answer

Spittoons are placed around the tasting room and we ask you to use them.  There are also water stations with copious quantities of water for you to help yourself to. We are keen that everyone enjoys themselves but we encourage everyone to sip splendidly and taste responsibly.

Question 8

Are children and babies permitted at the tasting?

Accepted Answer

Since there is alcohol being served we do not permit access to anyone under the age of 18. This includes no access for buggies or babes in arms.

Question 9

What is the refund policy on tickets purchased?

Accepted Answer

You may get a refund on your ticket up to 30 days before the event.  Three Wine Men charge a £5 administration fee for every ticket refunded.  Alternatively, if you are not able to attend for any reason, you may pass your ticket to a friend to use in your place.
