Distance: Approx. 3km or 7km
Terrain: Rugged with steep inclines

More: Once an historic hunting estate, the 1,300 acre Lyme Park estate is home to medieval red deer herds and various other species of wildlife. The walks offer glorious countryside and stunning views across Manchester. Lyme Park was also used as a filming location for the BBC Pride & Predjudice TV series which starred Colin Firth as Mr Darcy. Dogs will need to be kept on leads where signposted.
