Event description

Description

The Great Science Share for Schools 2020 comes to Scotland!

The Great Science Share for Schools is an annual campaign to inspire young people to share their scientific questions with new audiences. This year a record number of children - more than 63,000 across the UK and Nigeria, Brazil, the UAE, Ireland and India - shared their science.

Thanks to the hard work of STEM educators in Scotland, there were 24 GSSfS run across Scotland this year (ten more than 2018)! The GSSfS team want to build on this momentum and engage even more pupils across Scotland!

Hosted by the Easter Bush Science Outreach Centre, the GSSfS Scotland meeting will be held on 8th November 2019. Led by Dr Lynne Bianchi, we will discuss what the importance of the Great Science Share for Schools and how we can work together to expand its reach in Scotland.

We would like to invite you along to hear more about how this campaign could help support your own STEM learning programmes.
