The Green Tea Break – Product Workshop Series

Live Workshop with BioCare's Nutrition Team

Product Workshop Focus: Mental Health Protocols

Alongside the viral pandemic, we have experienced another in the last few years - a mental health pandemic. The number of people suffering from stress, anxiety, and depression has soared, and no doubt you have seen more queries about mental health in your clinics and health shops.

In this workshop, we will discuss key product solutions to support the nervous system & mental health, and provide you with flexible options to put together a personalised protocol for your clients and customers with ease and confidence. We will also touch on the important, yet somewhat confusing topic of methylation, busting some myths and sharing our top tips on how & when to use methylated supplements.

Key supplement protocols discussed:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Fatigue (wired & tired)
  • Depression
  • Insomnia
  • Methylation do’s & don’t’s

You will receive:

  • Electronic workshop notes
  • Exclusive product discount on the entire range
  • Technical Fact Sheets on the products discussed
  • Clinical Protocol Handouts
  • Health Guides
  • Complimentary refreshments

Ideal for practitioners, students & retailers

Do you sometimes feel isolated in your clinic? Do you get overwhelmed by all the supplements available? Are you confused about which products to use, when, how, and what drug:nutrient interactions to look out for? Join our product workshops designed to provide you with expert clinical and product advice in a friendly and supportive environment.

Our popular Green Tea Break webinars started in the midst of the Covid pandemic, with the aim of keeping you informed, entertained & supported in those challenging times. Now that many of you are back in your clinics or on the shop floor, the ‘new normal’ is posing brand new challenges. With even more work and education happening online, we are keen to bring the nutrition, product training & a sense of community to your local area.

Our Experts:

Marta Anhelush, Nutritional Therapist & Head of Clinical Nutrition

Marta is an experienced practitioner who has worked in the BioCare Nutrition Team since 2015. Utilising her naturopathic training, clinical experience, and industry knowledge, she has been giving expert advice to customers, leading the education programme and product development, and lecturing nutrition to students and practitioners in the UK and internationally. Her key interests include nutrigenomics, mental health, and anthropological and social influences on public health.

Paula Haran-Ali, Nutritional Therapist & Clinical Nutrition Team Leader

Through her personal health journey, Paula developed a passion for supporting others to achieve their peak health by looking at the person as a whole and really understanding how the body functions. Paula’s previous career as a process engineer in the food industry has allowed her to appreciate the process involved in making supplements, which combines well with her knowledge of nutrition and how they can be used to support health. Paula is particularly interested in female health, gut health and nervous system health.
