Gem O’Reilly biography:

Dubbed by BBC radio ‘The British Taylor Swift’, Gem O’Reilly is a singer songwriter and guitarist that has stormed through the music industry.

Signed at 17 years old, Gem has had a number 7 hit in the UK Country Charts and four original albums released across national BBC Radio.

With a set list compromising of country and pop styling, quirky guitar and candy-sweet vocals; Gem continues to wow crowds across the UK.

Now teamed up with incredible musicians Noni, a professional violinist and Charlie Carey, an amazing bassist, Gem has developed her original country sound into a dynamic collaboration and the trio released a live EP in November which was featured on many music blogs and playlists.

Based in the South East, Gem and her talented band perform across the city for weddings, events and corporate venues.

Her fourth album ‘Fire’ was released late in 2024, with four new original songs featuring Gem’s band performing live at a festival. It is available on Spotify, Apple Music and all music stores.

JENNIFER LEE RIDLEY

Emotive songstress, Jennifer Lee Ridley passionately uses influences of a Romantic folk nature to create poignant and touching music. She has studied in depth the poetic nature of song and has a strong affinity with writers such as William Shakespeare, John Keats and William Blake. More recently she has combined these influences with her own song-writing to create more modern fusions whilst carefully retaining the purity of the lyrical content. Her dark warm vocals combined with her individual folk sound mirrors the poetic lyrics which explore the many facets of emotions.

This has had a profound effect on her own songs which she continues to develop and enhance through working with other composers, musicians and writers locally and in London. She feels strongly that collaborating is an important part of growing and building an understanding of the nature and the impact of poetry and prose on music.
