The workshop centers around discovering what is truly important to us in our lives & how we can bring clarity, focus & meaning that sticks resulting in a positive forward trajectory into 2017 & the rest of our lives.

***WORKSHOP PREREQUISITES*** One aspect of this workshop is for you to walk away with motivation & inspiration to positively impact an aspect within your life that you want to change. We ask that you think of this aspect that you want to positively impact before the event so that you will be primed & get the absolute most out of it. When I had this done for me previously I picked "Organisation" as this was something that was holding me back from achieving that which I wanted to achieve. As a result 4 months later my organisation habits have massively improved & stuck. You can bring anything in with you but here are some examples to help: Losing weight, getting the promotion you may have been looking for, stopping smoking, getting the new career that you mat have been thinking about, becoming more time efficient, start playing a musical instrument etc. This is by no means an exhaustive list, this will work for anything you choose to bring in. We ask that you bring just one thing in, however after we teach you these techniques you will be able to leave & do this for as many different aspects of yours & someone else's life as you choose!
