Many smaller businesses pride themselves about ‘getting on with the job’ but occasionally stop and ask, ‘Could this be done better?’. How often do you spend time thinking about your business, the people work for it and the customers you serve?
Hadleigh Chamber of Commerce are running a training/sharing/networking day to give you the opportunity to do these very things: "The Hadleigh Business Health Check". The day is aimed at owners, managers or staff responsible for business development and people within their businesses. Leave with a better understanding of your business and opportunities for changing for the better.
The Hadleigh Business Health Check is comprised of three elements:
1. Benchmarking your business planning
A facilitated discussion between businesses (operating under Chatham House rules) exploring how they go about developing and analysing their businesses. Giving participants an opportunity to benchmark against other local businesses, explore different models for development and leaving with a shed load of shared experience. Facilitated by Jonathan Moore (Chief Executive, experience trainer and on Chamber Committee).
2. A healthy business is a happy business
A condensed session looking at how getting the employee/staff components of your business right contributes to the bottom line. Facilitated by Phil Bodsworth (Consultant with Good Skills Training).
3. Mystery Shopper Game
An interactive and participative business game to get you to think about how you and your business come across to your customers. Facilitated by Jonathan Moore.
