Our September session welcomes Sally Scott, a pregnancy and postpartum chiropractor!

Sally will cover pratical birth tools, positioning strategies, and breathing techniques to make space for your baby and help labour progress.

Sally has 15 years of experience preparing women for birth and supporting postpartum recovery.

As always, its FREE to join us! Please feel free to share with friends/groups who might be interested in joining us.

We will have brews a plenty, biscuits, book club, baby clothes donations and plenty of time to chat!
