The Happy Holistic Autumn Retreat
A weekend to breathe, move, laugh, and simply be — no experience needed.
If you’re after a retreat that feels like a warm hug rather than a strict schedule, you’re in the right place. The Happy Holistic Autumn Retreat is all about slowing down, feeling at ease in your body, and reconnecting with yourself — no pressure, no performance, no need to be “good” at anything.
Whether you’re totally new to yoga and meditation or just looking for a gentle escape from the busyness of life, this weekend is designed to make you feel relaxed, supported, and completely at home.
What’s the vibe?
Friendly, down-to-earth, and led from the heart. We’ll move through calming yoga, easy Tai Chi-inspired flows, breathwork, and grounding practices — all at a soft, beginner-friendly pace.
No judgement, no fancy poses, and absolutely no pressure to do it all — just space to slow down, smile, and go at your own rhythm.
The retreat takes place at ASHA centre in The Forest of Dean with cosy English countryside style cottages for you to stay, with wholesome, nourishing meals prepared by our lovely private chef.
You’re free to join as much or as little of the programme as you like — this weekend is all about doing what feels good for you.
Weekend Flow:
Friday 8th August
12.30pm - Arrival & Welcome in The Manor House
Arrive, settle in, and meet the group. We’ll start with a gentle movement and breath session to help you land, relax, and shift into retreat mode.
2.30pm - Time to rest or explore
6.30pm – Dinner in the Manor House
8pm – 9pm – Sound Bath
Wind down with a calming sound bath in the Peace Pavilion
Saturday 9th August
8am – 9am Yin-Style Yoga-Chi
A slow, flowing session combining gentle movement and breathwork to help you unwind and feel grounded.
9am - Breakfast
11am Find Your Happy - A light-hearted blend of movement and reflection. We’ll explore what happiness means to you and how to find more of it, one small step at a time.
12,30 - Lunch
2pm – 4pm Mindful Walk, Wild Plunge & Free Time - Head out into nature for a peaceful woodland walk, with the option of a refreshing well water dip (only if you fancy it!). Then enjoy some free time to read, nap, or do your own thing.
6.30pm Dinner
8pm - Cacao & Dance Flow - A soulful evening session with cacao, music, and free movement. It’s about expressing yourself, connecting with joy, and having fun — no dancing experience needed or just sit back and enjoy the vibe.
Sunday 10th August
8am - Sound & Stillness - Ease into the final day with gentle yoga, breathwork, and the healing sounds of mantra. No need to sing — just soak it all in.
9am Breakfast
11am Kundalini Kriya Energy Boost - A soft but energising session to awaken your inner energy and help you leave feeling refreshed, uplifted, and reconnected.
12pm Free time
2pm Lunch & Goodbyes
No pressure. No expectations. Just a truly nourishing weekend to reset, reconnect, and remember how good it feels to simply slow down.
