I understand that this event includes theatrical horror / scare‑elements including jump scares, low lighting, fog/smoke effects, sudden loud noises, actors in scary costumes, and other sensory effects. I accept that these may cause emotional distress, fear, surprise, or startle reactions.

Health and Safety

I confirm that I am not pregnant, and I do not have any medical conditions (e.g. heart problem, epilepsy, anxiety / panic disorder, sensitivity to flashing lights or strobe lights) which might be aggravated by participation. If I have any concerns, I will seek medical advice before attending.

By entering, I accept all risks associated with attending this event, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to risk of physical injury, falls, or accidents due to low visibility, uneven flooring, dim lighting, or startled reactions.

I agree to follow all safety instructions from staff and actors. I will not touch the actors, costumes, props, or equipment, and I understand that staff and actors will not touch me.

Release and Waiver

I hereby release and discharge the event organisers, managers, employees, contractors, scare actors, and their agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury that may occur  from my participation.
