Ever wondered which measures of good health you should really take notice of? Some numbers really do count; others, like age is just a number! We've asked the nation's favourite mathematician and Benecol's original brand ambassador Carol Vorderman to join us in conversation with a panel of experts to get to the bottom of which numbers matter when it comes to your health and wellbeing. There are lots of numbers that we're told are important, but one that really matters when it comes to having a happy and healthy heart is your cholesterol count.
At this special Good Housekeeping Live event, Carol Vorderman will demystify how numbers shape our whole lives and how you can get to grips with the figures that matter for you (don't worry - you won't need a calculator!). And Italian chef Aldo Zilli will reveal his secrets for healthy living following his own diagnosis of high cholesterol, sharing some of his own Mediterranean style recipes.
So join us for an afternoon of great conversation and delicious food to celebrate the 30th birthday of Benecol. You'll be among the first people to go behind the scenes at Good Housekeeping's brand-new test and show kitchens and see the GH Kitchen team in action.
PLUS! Curious about your numbers? Cholesterol testing will be available and national cholesterol charity HEART UK will be on hand for more information.
Cholesterol testing will be available on a first come, first served basis during the event.
