Join me, Rachel Richards, Healthy Habits Coach for a free 45-minute online circle where we pause, reset, and explore healthy habits that will make the biggest difference to how YOU feel.

Each month we’ll cover a simple, practical theme such as:

  • Sneaking in more movement without “working out”
  • Eating well without fuss or overthinking
  • Building mindset shifts that stick

Who is this circle for?

Women 40+ who want to boost their wellbeing in small, sustainable ways. You don’t need to be fit or follow a special diet — just bring an open mind.

Do I need to have done the Five Healthy Habits course first?

No. Each circle stands alone. If you’ve done the course, this will help you stay on track. If not, it’s a great taster of what’s possible

What do I need to take part?

A quiet spot, a notebook or piece of paper, and an internet connection. We meet online via Google Meet (link provided after booking).

Will I have to speak or share?

Only if you want to. Everyone is invited to join the discussion, but you’re welcome to just listen in and take notes.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

It’s your choice. Keeping cameras on helps create connection, but you’re free to have it off if you prefer.

How long is the circle?

Each session lasts 45 minutes. We start and finish on time so you can plan your day.

Is it really free?

Yes! These monthly circles are my way of giving back and introducing people to Healthy Habits. At the end, I’ll share details of my paid programme if you’d like to go further — but there’s no pressure.

Will there be a replay if I can’t attend live?

No, this is a live, interactive session and won’t be recorded. If you register but can’t make it, you’ll still receive the takeaway resource afterwards.

Can I come every month?

Absolutely. Each circle explores a different theme, so you’ll always take away something new.
