The Healthy Homes Hub Winter Ideas Exchange is a magazine-style event for housing, health, and academic professionals, bringing together fresh voices and breakthrough ideas on creating healthier homes.

With 1 in 3 social housing residents experiencing mental health challenges, compared with 1 in 7 in the wider population, the agenda puts mental health centre stage, with two dedicated breakout sessions exploring practical ways the sector can respond. Alongside this, you’ll hear directly from tenants, explore cutting-edge research, and see innovation in action... from digital health tools and data-led asset strategies to AI and real-world test homes.

No matter your role, whether frontline, strategic, or policy-focused, you’ll find actionable insights, new learning, and real examples to take back to your organisation. The day is designed to challenge thinking, share best practice, and inspire new solutions for healthier, fairer homes.
