Step into an intimate, small-group initiation into the art and practice of working with Cacao — a sacred heart medicine that bridges ancient wisdom and modern connection.

You will immerse in a deep, experiential exploration of Cacao: from its journey as a living plant to its preparation as a sacred elixir, to its role as a powerful heart teacher and community connector.

Guided by Maria’s 20+ years of experience in ceremony, retreats, and facilitation, and 15 years experience working with Cacao, you will:

• Learn Cacao’s full journey from seed to ceremony.
• Explore its science, incredible health benefits, and spiritual gifts.
• Gain confidence in preparing and serving Cacao in alignment with tradition and integrity.
• Experience meditations, enquiry processes, and ritual practices to deepen your personal relationship and ability to use Cacao with wisdom.
• Receive tailored feedback and guidance in a supportive, small-group setting.

This training includes a comprehensive factual and ceremonial manual for ongoing reference, ensuring you leave with both the knowledge and the embodied skills to use and share Cacao safely, respectfully, and powerfully.

Whether you are seeking personal healing and support on your own journey, a richer spiritual practice, or the skills to hold ceremony space for others, you’ll find what you need here. Your individual journey and intentions for this course will be recognised and supported.

It’s for you if you are ready to release old patterns, communicate authentically from your heart, and step into a more connected, compassionate way of living. Beginners and experienced space-holders alike are welcome — all that’s required is a curious, open heart and a willingness to explore.

Known in Jersey for her soulful cacao ceremonies, embodiment courses and artisan chocolates, she creates unforgettable experiences of connection, embodiment and awakening. Her work is rooted in reclaiming humanity, conscious communion, authenticity and presence. She has a thirst for supporting others in their empowerment and her passion is to remind people of their innate wholeness and that we already have everything we need.

Cost, Time & Energy Investment

You are asked to give 4 full days of your time, energy and presence in person at each of our gatherings where you will receive the highest quality teachings and guidance for this course.

A 5-20 minute journalling practice during the days in between the gathering will be encouraged as well as a regular personal cacao ritual.

You will be part of a whatsapp group for support, shares and questions as we go.

Whilst recognising that modern life doesn't grant us much space, the more you put into this over the weeks that we are together, the more you will absolutely get out of it, so it is recommended that you prepare yourself space in your days in advance of beginning.

You will receive a personal supply of raw fair trade cacao to use on a guided and regular basis from the beginning to the end of the course.

The cost includes a unique manual created by Maria - a valuable keepsake for life.

Full Booking Terms & Guidelines

Your booking is a commitment to yourself and to the group. As spaces are limited and preparations begin well in advance, all bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your place to a friend.

Cacao contains natural stimulants and small amounts of caffeine. It may not be suitable for those on antidepressants (especially MAOIs), heart or blood pressure medications, or with serious health conditions. We’ll gather in a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space. By joining, you agree to honour that space and the journey of others. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, and the full course fee remains payable once you join us.
