If you’re under 65 or with your family, come along to the Heart of Cotgrave Hub, open on Wednesdays from 11am-3pm. Whether you’re looking for a friendly place to meet others, activities to enjoy, advice and support or just somewhere to relax, there’s something for everyone.

Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
