I have no experience of Meditation, is this right for me?

you don't need any experience, just bring your beautiful self:)

Do I need to bring mats?

If you prefer to sit on a mat you are welcome to bring your own, however chairs will be available at the venue

I have already experience of Meditation, will I learn something different ?

This is a Heart-centred Meditation to boost your Intuition and your ability to gain clear messages from within, and a method I have created 13 years ago which blends different techniques and methods from my mentors and teachers:)

Will there be food and drinks at the venue?

Panda's Coffee House offers food and drinks, which you'll be able to purchase ahead of the session

What does the Meditation involve exactly?

The workshop will be a combination of breath work, visualisation, affirmations, and Body energetics; you will have the opportunity to experience a blend of the 4, however you can choose what better suits your perception

Will there be any physical work involved?

No, however if you feel the need to stand up and walk around, you are very welcome to do so; the practice is meant to make you feel at ease with your feelings and perception:)
