This day will be useful for anyone travelling the spiritual path, from beginners who want to find out more and get questions answered about the journey of awakening, through to people who have been to my training before and simply want to re-align and recharge themselves with their own soul awareness.
This retreat will be more deeply focused on meditation and the role of silence in spiritual development. As always the day will feature Chi Gung and mindful Yoga with some conversation.
People who come on these one day training events report feeling uplifted, clearer, peaceful and re-centred.
Please bring food to share for lunch.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and blanket. There will be some Yoga mats, blankets and cushions available.
