Join us for a powerful evening of heart connection, sound, and sacred cacao. In this 90-minute ceremony, we will work specifically with the heart space – our centre of love, compassion, and truth. When the heart is open, we feel more connected to ourselves and others. When it’s blocked, life can feel heavy, stuck, or disconnected. Through ceremonial cacao, heart-led meditation, and sound healing, we’ll gently guide you back into alignment.
You’ll be welcomed into an opening circle, blessed with Palo Santo, and invited to set intentions whilst your cacao is served. You’ll then journey into 40 minutes of immersive sound healing, featuring voice and instruments designed to soften your edges and help you feel deeply held.
