Come join us for the launch of The Heartfulness Way with co-author, Joshua Pollock. Mr Pollock is a classical musician, author and meditation trainer. He holds a Bachelor of Musical Arts degree from Indiana University and two master’s degrees from Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.

Mr Pollock will speak about the inspiration behind the book and the method of meditation it introduces to readers. This will be followed by questions and answers and the event will conclude with a practical session on meditation for all present. The venue for the launch of The Heartfulness Way – the Nehru Centre – is the cultural outreach of The High Commission of India in the UK, and over the years, it has emerged as a premier institution engaged in India’s cultural interface with the UK. The Centre organises a wide range of cultural evenings aimed at strengthening and deepening the intellectual dialogue between India and the UK, promoting greater cultural understanding.
