Are VIP tickets for adults only?

Yes VIP is for over 18 - but children and youth accompanied by an adult can enter with a VIP ticket holder.

Do children 12 and under need a ticket?

No - No ticket is needed when a child is being accompanied by a full paying adult.

Yes we are located on the ground floor and have no steps. There is a lift to the first floor coffee shop.
