Experience a culinary takeover like no other as Schmaltz, London’s label rouge chicken concept, and SWITCH, London’s new specialist burger dining, provide the ultimate in festive feasting at The Winter Forest at Broadgate.

With crafted three-course menus for £50pp (including two drinks and a 20% donation to Centrepoint) in a fairytale forest of snow-covered pine trees, this is set to be one of the essential bookings for Christmas 2017.

From 7pm on Tuesday 12th, Wednesday 13th, Friday 15th and Monday 18th December, this is the coolest food pop-up in town.

STARTER

Freshly shucked Carlingford oysters with mignonette & Chicken consommé with chicken mousse, morel and truffle ravioli and caviar

Truffled French Onion Soup with Raclette, grilled spring onion and onion ash. (v)

MAIN

Wood finished 30 day aged Dexter Cote de Boeuf with whipped truffle bone marrow, Béarnaise foam, wild mushroom and Bordelaise sauce. Dauphinois potatoes, Sautéed brussel sprouts with lardons, chestnuts and mustard Chantilly, Wood-grilled leeks with cavolo nero and hazelnut pesto

Wood-grilled ceps, wild mushrooms, pommel purée, mushroom Bordelaise sauce, wood sorrel, roasted pumpkin seed oil and shaved truffle. (v)
