The Highs & Lows of Canine Adrenal Disease: An Update on Cushing’s & Addiso...
Tue 13 June 2017, 19:30 – 22:00 BST
Hyperadrenocorticism (Cushing’s syndrome) is a rewarding endocrinopathy to diagnose and treat with dogs commonly presenting with clinical signs which can have a negative impact upon both pet and owner.
The first half of this interactive, case based, CPD will focus on how to achieve a confident diagnosis of Cushing’s syndrome and discusses how Vetoryl can be used to restore quality of life on every level.
Patients with Addison’s disease (Hypoadrenocorticism) can be challenging to diagnose as they often display non-specific clinical signs which can wax and wane. The second half of the presentation aims to make delegates more ‘Addison’s Aware’ and discusses how Zycortal can be the visible solution to this challenging ‘hidden’ disease.
