Join Steve Hawkins to find out about this small but diverse nature reserve packed with history, wildlife, scarce birds and wildflowers.

About this event

As well as looking at wildlife, we will explore why the reservoir was built in 1797, how its use changed and the importance of the adjacent Wendover Arm of the Grand Union Canal. Easy walking with frequent stops. Level paths and no stiles, but possibly some muddy sections. Stout footwear essential. Bring binoculars and a bird guide if you have them.
