Welcome to The (hi)story of Sustainable Fashion talk! Learn about the what the definition of sustainble fashion is and why it's important to embrace all aspects of environmental, social and cultural sustainability of fashion.
The talk will also introduce an example of sustainble fashion in museums, where the history of fashion is presented in certain ways. It will explore the use of waste materials to create fashion jewellery. We will further discuss the notion of 'education vs commerce' in presenting sustainble fashion in an exhibition format.
