What if you're not depressed? What if you don't have chronic fatigue? What if you're just... angry? Jennifer Cox has started the conversation we never thought would happen. Her book, Women Are Angry (The Times and Sunday Times Best Self-Help Book of the Year) has gone global. And now is your chance to get involved.

This talk is an engaging and vital introduction to women's rage. Historically, we've been told we need to be polite, kind and gentle. We're good girls, thoughtful daughters and caring partners. Despite what we might be going through, or what we might have wanted for ourselves. We certainly haven't been taught a vocabulary for expressing our rage about what this pressure places on us. And not talking has made us sick, both mentally and physically. Join Jennifer to find out why your rage has been hiding... and how to let it out.

Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!
