About this event

Explore the many sides of ADHD at this new Manchester summit. From productivity and burnout, to practical strategies and how to manage ADHD symptoms.

Nearly three million people have been prescribed ADHD medication in the past two years, but for some, it can cause more challenges than it solves. Recent research shows the effectiveness of non-medical interventions in managing ADHD symptoms, emphasising the value of a more holistic approach.

The Holistic ADHD Summit is designed to provide you with tools to better manage ADHD in everyday life. With a hands-on approach, you will dive into topics such as productivity, burnout, CBT and breathwork for ADHD.

Join a supportive community, connect with like-minded individuals, and learn from world-leading experts. Not only will you walk away with ready-to-use strategies, but you may also find the answers you have been searching for.

Seed Talks Testimonials

It was amazing. It was really detailed and sensitive to the subject matter and the audience. I thought you delivered it with the perfect tone - between serious, jovial, critical and informative. -A. N.

Seed Talks is not only very educational, it's very casual and social. The talks are great for complete beginners and experts. I appreciate that they host them in bars and social spaces, so you can go alone, on a date or in large groups. - Sophie

Seed Talks have done an incredible job at making insanely cool topics easily digestible and enjoyable to learn about for one's self improvement. It's like Ted Talks, but cooler? And more accessible! - Eva W
