The Holistic Postnatal Workshop

Naturopathic nutritional therapist Caroline Redmond (The Health Reset) and pilates and wellness coach Isa Welly (Isa Welly Pilates & Wellness) have teamed up to provide a holistic postnatal workshop incorporating nutritional guidance, pilates exercises and wellness coaching tips specifically aimed at new mums wanting to start rebuilding their health after their pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding experience. Once you have a baby, the challenges to take care of your own health and wellbeing can sometimes be overwhelming and therefore get forgotten about, or just seem impossible to factor in. Caroline and Isa Welly’s mission is to provide qualified and professional guidance and a postnatal wellbeing toolbox to help new mums help themselves.


The 90 minute workshop will cover:

  • The best nutrition tips to help renourish and replenish your body’s nutrient stores- allowing your health and energy to recover and help you cope best with the new demands in your life. Industry respected supplements and realistic recipes will also be shared.
  • The safest and most effective postnatal pilates exercises to help rebuild your pelvic floor and body shape, whatever your birth experience was. Isa Welly will share easy to remember, short sequences that you can incorporate into your days so you can start the journey to gently reclaiming your pre pregnancy body and rebuilding your body confidence.
  • Wellness coaching to help reorder your routine. Isa Welly will help you begin to redefine your daily/weekly structure so you can factor in time to take care of your physical, nutritional and wellbeing needs- after all a healthy happy baby starts with a healthy happy mummy! She will provide tips and exercises to help you define your goals and challenges and discover the easiest ways to factor in time dedicated to your own wellbeing- whether that be a 20 minute home pilates session, a quick endorphin boosting jog around the block, some batch cooking food prep time or listening to a guided meditation tape while enjoying a hot bath!
  • A Q&A session to give you the opportunity to ask more specific questions, share stories and network with other new mums or dispel any postnatal nutrition or exercise myths.

The aim of this workshop is to give mums the best tips and guidance so they can have the flexibility to realistically and easily incorporate these new skills within the comfort of their own homes. The workshop will help you RENOURISH your body’s nutrient stores, REBUILD your strength and body shape, REORDER your routine and ultimately, REGAIN YOUR CONFIDENCE!!

Your babies are welcome, with room for storage of prams and buggies. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to come solo if you would like some me time!

Please dress appropriately to comfortably perform pilates exercises. You may also want to bring a note book to jot down any guidance and tips that you find particularly helpful and relevant.
