This is a ticket only event. Once tickets have sold out, they are gone.

Please make sure you have your tickets ready on arrival to be scanned, this can be an E-Ticket or pre-printed at the following 3 entry gates:

1. Brighton road

1. Vicarage Lane

1. Charlesfield Road

• Gates open at 5.30pm

• Lighting of the Bonfire at 7pm

• Firework display from 7.30pm

🅿️ Parking...

• The car park will be closed for this event. There is NO parking at the ground for the duration of the event.

• There are a limited number of disabled blue badge parking spaces, and once these are filled we will have to turn people away.

📌 Please note:

1. Entry will be allowed only with tickets purchased in advance - no tickets will be available to purchase on the night.

1. You can either show your pre-printed ticket on the gate, or we can scan your e-ticket barcode from your mobile device - please have your pre-printed ticket/ e-ticket ready to show the stewards when you arrive at the gate.

1. No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the ground.

1. Please do not bring sparklers or any other type of fireworks with you, to ensure fun and crowd safety

1. Dogs and Pets are not permitted(with the exception of service dogs).

1. Tickets are a non-refundable donation to Horley Lion's in aid of local causes within our community.

1. The event will take place whatever the weather, unless the Firework Display company advise otherwise - usually only due to high winds. (Please dress appropriately and bear in mind that the grass areas will get muddy if it is wet!)

1. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

1. It's a great evening out for all! Have FUN!!!!

This is the Horley Lions Annual Fundraising Bonfire & Firework Spectacular Event. It is a Ticket Only Event and all monies raised from this event go back into supporting local charities and our local communities. We want you to have Fun but like everything we cannot control the weather and so please wrap up warm and if you can we do advise you wear wellingtons as the ground does get soft underfoot. There are 3 Entry gates to the event. The main Gate is on the A23 with the other Gates at Vicarage Lane & Charlesfield Road. All gates will be opened & manned from 5.30pm, however please note that the Gates at Vicarage Lane & Charlesfield Rd will need to close at 7pm so we will be unable to allow you to enter these gates after that time. This is purely a safety reason as our Bonfire Team will be getting ready to light the Fire and our Fireworks Team will be getting ready for the show at 7.30pm. There will be a selection of lovely Food Stalls including of course the Horley Lions BBQ Team for you to purchase any items and of course we will have some great music playing as well. Alcohol is strickly forbidden and you will be asked to leave if you bring any into the event. At the end of the Event you must Exit via the main Gate on the A23 and again this is to ensure that everyone remains safe & away from the Fire.
